Sync copies a winner. Shadow state asks what the ledger implies, then reports the difference. Starting 100, Shopify −12, Amazon −21, returns +4, receipt +50, damaged −2, reserved −6 → expected 113. If Shopify says 111, AXIOTRA says Shopify differs by −2 and shows the events.
