The four disagreements

Authority
Stripe is payment authority. Shopify is commerce-order authority. A capture without an order is potential exposure until finance confirms it is a legitimate custom charge. Amount math uses NUMERIC, never JavaScript floats.
Evidence
VIEW EVIDENCE shows both external ids, timestamps, amounts, fees and the formula. If FX or tax makes the comparison unsafe, money at risk is UNKNOWN rather than a guessed delta.
