What it is
Cash went back to the customer. The warehouse scanned the unit in. Sellable inventory never moved. You paid the refund and lost the chance to sell the unit again.
How AXIOTRA detects it
Deterministic rule: refund exists AND return exists AND restock event missing after a grace period. Money = refunded value + recoverable COGS when cost is known.
