A refund is not a restock
Refunds, returns and restocks are three events. AXIOTRA finds where that lifecycle broke.
The lifecycle
Refund requested → refund issued at the processor → return requested → return received → inventory restored. Break any step and you either leak cash, leak units, or both. Money at risk is refunded value plus recoverable inventory when restock is missing.
