Integration pair
Shopify and Amazon rarely agree on stock. That is a ledger problem.
Reconcile Shopify available stock against Amazon marketplace availability using a warehouse-authoritative shadow inventory, not a two-way sync.
Why a pair page exists
A Shopify-only inventory app cannot see Amazon reserved units. An Amazon sync tool cannot see Shopify location buckets. AXIOTRA reconstructs expected available from events — sales, receipts, damage, returns, reservations — then diffs both channels against that shadow state.
How the disagreement happens
Warehouse receipts land in one channel. FBA inbound is invisible to Shopify. A return restocks Amazon but not the storefront. Location ids map wrong. Webhooks 500 and the retry is skipped. Each is a different break; the pair view is useful only because the evidence names the source ids.
Money at risk
Units of disagreement × contribution margin per unit, when COGS and fees are known. If contribution is unknown or negative, money at risk is UNKNOWN. Never 'you lost $X' from a unit count alone.
How AXIOTRA detects it
The inventory divergence detector is deterministic. Warehouse authority is high for on_hand. Shopify is high for storefront available. Amazon is high for marketplace available. Mapping must be exact SKU or barcode; uncertain entities are not merged.
